To create a new one-time order, you can easily complete your process through the Shop tab.
When you visit the Shop tab, you can view all products and complete your order by selecting the “One-Time Purchase” option under the product you wish to buy.
During the order creation process, the Subscribe & Save option may be presented to you as a recommendation. This program offers special benefits such as discounted prices, bonus SSR points, and additional opportunities. However, if you prefer to make a one-time purchase, simply click the “Create Later” button at this step.
This will allow you to complete your purchase as a one-time order.
If you skipped this step and unintentionally created an S&S profile:
You can return to the previous step by clicking the “Edit” button on the Review Order screen.
Then, select “Create Later” to continue with your one-time order without a subscription.
If the process has already been completed and a subscription profile has been created, you may contact us to request the cancellation of your S&S profile. Our support team will be happy to assist you.
