Process Overview:
- Customers may become Brand Partners by purchasing a BP License Pack. In this case, they are not considered newly enrolled for promotions such as Me & Three or Focus on Five, but they remain eligible for other incentives such as Unilevel bonuses.
- If a Customer wishes to become a Brand Partner but wants a different sponsor, a sponsor change request must be submitted first. Customer sponsor change rules apply.
- Customers who have been inactive for more than 6 months may request account closure and re-registration as a Customer or Brand Partner. In this case, they are considered newly enrolled for promotions such as Me & Three and Focus on Five.
