How Can You Track Your Order Status?
There are different order statuses that allow you to easily track the progress of your orders placed through Amare.
After completing your purchase, you can log in to your account and view all your orders under “My Account > My Orders”. In this section, you can check the current status of your order and easily track your shipment using the provided tracking number.
Meaning of Order Statuses
Your orders may appear in different statuses depending on the payment and shipping process. Below you can find the meaning of each status:
Pending
Your order has been created, but the payment has not yet been completed or has not been received by us.
If you have already made the payment, you may contact the Customer Experience Team to request a review. Sharing your payment receipt with our support team will help speed up the process.
Shipped
Your payment has been successfully received, invoicing has been completed, and your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
You can track the current status of your shipment through the courier’s tracking system using the tracking number provided to you.
Canceled
This means that your order has been canceled and will not be shipped.
