Amare Global Shop (NFR) – Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is Amare Global Shop (NFR)?

Amare Global Shop (NFR) is an online shopping platform that allows eligible European customers to purchase selected Amare products that are not currently available in the European market and are shipped from the United States.

2. How can I place an Amare Global Shop (NFR) order?

Log in to amare.com with your existing Amare account. You can open the market switch area by clicking the flag icon on the homepage.

The “Global Shop” option will be displayed in the section that opens. After entering the Global Shop area, the system will show you the list of markets/countries served.

To create an order, select your own country and complete your shopping through the relevant market.

3. Can orders be placed from different European markets?

Yes. Orders can be placed from all European countries where Amare operates and the Global Shop service is active. After logging in with their existing Amare accounts, users can switch to the Global Shop area through the system and complete their shopping according to their own country. Products offered through the Global Shop may be displayed depending on the usage and access conditions of the relevant country, and order and shipping processes may vary by country. Some payment methods, shipping options, delivery times, or product availability may vary depending on country-specific operations and regulations.

4. Are the product formulas the same as the products currently available or potentially offered in Europe in the future?

Product formulas may be adjusted to comply with the regulations of the relevant country. However, the aim is to preserve the core characteristics of the products as much as possible.

5. Which payment methods are accepted? Can payment be made by bank transfer?

Credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal are accepted (may vary by country). Bank transfers are not accepted.

6. What is the estimated delivery time for NFR orders?

Delivery times may vary depending on the country where the order is placed, shipping operation processes, public holidays, customs procedures, and carrier company processes.

In general, the average delivery time for orders is approximately 14 business days.

7. My order does not appear in my account, what should I do?

To view your order, you need to switch to the Global Shop.

On Amare.com:

  • The Global Shop can be selected from the flag icon.
  • The market can be changed from the “Change Market/Region” area.
  • Orders can be viewed by selecting “Global Catalogue” in the Orders section.

8. How can I track my NFR order?

After logging in to your Global/NFR account, you can track it in the standard way from the Orders section.

9. Can I collect my order from a delivery point or carrier branch?

This option is not currently available.

10. Can I make changes after placing an order?

After an order is created, if the “Cancel Order” option is displayed in the system within approximately 60–90 minutes, it means the order has not yet been transferred to warehouse and operation processes, and the cancellation can be carried out directly by the user. If the Customer Experience team is contacted before the order moves to shipped status, only order cancellation can be performed.

However, if the “Cancel Order” option is not displayed, it indicates that the order has been included in the operation process after payment confirmation and has moved to the preparation or shipping stage. After this stage, automatic cancellation cannot be performed through the system, and the order status progresses depending on warehouse and shipping processes.

11. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

After an order is created, if the “Cancel Order” option is displayed in the system within approximately 60–90 minutes, it means the order has not yet been transferred to warehouse and operation processes, and the cancellation can be carried out directly by the user.

12. What should I do if my order is not delivered?

After your order is created, you can track your shipment in the standard way using the tracking number provided to you. For international shipments, delivery times may vary due to customs procedures, local distribution operations, public holidays, or busy periods.

If your order is not delivered within 14 business days from the shipping date, your delivery address will be verified and the shipping process will be checked in detail as part of the review. If deemed necessary, a reshipment process may be considered.

13. What happens in the case of a lost shipment?

If your order is believed to have been lost during transport, the shipment tracking information is first examined in detail. In international shipments, temporary pauses in tracking movements may occasionally occur due to carrier-related delays, transfer center waiting times, or local distribution processes. For orders exceeding 14 business days, if the shipment is determined to be lost following the evaluation carried out after address verification, a reshipment process may be planned. Where necessary, the customer may be asked to file a record with the carrier company.

14. My order is delayed, what should I do?

Delays may occur due to weather conditions or logistical reasons. In cases exceeding 14 business days, reshipment will be considered following the necessary review.

15. Can NFR orders be created as Subscribe & Save?

Yes. NFR orders can be created under Subscribe & Save. This way, you can create an automatic recurring order plan for eligible products and receive your products regularly at the intervals you set. Since NFR orders are shipped from the US warehouse, delivery times may vary depending on the country and customs processes. For this reason, there may be differences between the planned shipping dates and the delivery dates of Subscribe & Save orders.

16. Do I have a right of return for NFR orders?

Yes. A 90-day return policy applies to NFR orders. It is recommended to contact the customer support team before creating a return request.

The return shipping cost is borne by the customer, and any additional costs that may arise in international shipments may be the customer's responsibility. Where applicable, the initial shipping fees may be deducted from the total refund amount.

The return process may vary depending on the product reaching the warehouse, the inspection, and the processing times of the payment provider.

17. What conditions are required for a return?

For return requests to be evaluated, the products must be sent unused and in their original packaging. After the products are delivered to the warehouse, the necessary checks are carried out and the process is completed for returns found to be eligible.

18. How can I initiate a return?

To initiate the return process, the customer must create a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) record through the website. To do this, after logging in to your account, you can select the relevant order in the “My Orders” section and create a return request.

19. Who covers the return shipping cost?

The return shipping cost is borne by the customer. Exceptions may only apply in cases of errors caused by Amare.

20. How long does the return process take?

Once the product reaches the warehouse, the process is completed within approximately 14 business days.

21. Are partial returns possible?

Products purchased as a bundle must be returned together. Products purchased separately can be returned separately.

22. What happens if a return is rejected?

The customer will be informed by Amare together with the reason for the return rejection.

23. What happens if an order is refused at delivery?

The carrier company may return the product, and any resulting charges may be deducted from the refund.

24. Can a Brand Partner create an NFR order on behalf of their customer?

No. Orders must be placed through the customer's own account.

25. Can NFR orders be used for commercial purposes?

No. This would be considered a violation under the Amare Policies and Procedures, and the necessary review will be carried out.

31. Can NFR products be distributed as samples?

33. Do NFR orders generate volume?

34. What is the financial impact of returned products?

35. How are refunds processed?

Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

For payments made by debit card, the refund process may vary due to international banking procedures and payment provider requirements. In some cases, customers may be asked to receive their refund through their PayPal account if required to complete the international refund process.

36. Do NFR orders earn SSR points?

Yes. SSR (Subscribe & Save Rewards) points can be earned through NFR orders that meet the eligible conditions. Earned points are credited to the account in the same way as the SSR process for non-NFR orders.

37. If a customer's first order is placed through the Global Shop (NFR), is it included in the Focus on 5 bonus?

If Subscribe & Save is active and the required volume conditions are met, it is included in the Focus on 5 bonus.
