What Is the Brand Partner Account Closure Process?

For Newly Enrolled Brand Partners:

  • A Brand Partner may close their account voluntarily by submitting a request via email to the Customer Experience Team.
  • Within 60 days of registration, launch packs may be returned complete and suitable for resale, in which case a full refund will be issued.
  • Products returned in a non-resalable condition will be deducted from the refund amount. Non-accepted items will be returned to the sender.
  • Any earnings received by the Brand Partner between enrollment and account closure will be deducted from the refund.

For Brand Partners Registered for 2 Months or More:

  • Launch pack returns are not accepted.
  • Account cancellation requires only an email sent by the Brand Partner to the Customer Experience Team.
  • Upon receipt of a cancellation request, the sponsor and the upline Diamond Leader are notified via email.
  • If no further communication is received from the Brand Partner by the next business day, the account closure is finalized.
  • A Brand Partner whose account has been closed must wait 1 year before re-enrolling as a Brand Partner with Amare.
